It all Started with a Dream
Jay & Elle Firm was born from a dream - a vision of empowering churches and nonprofits to achieve their full potential. Gabrielle B. Mills, experienced firsthand the challenges these organizations face while serving as an Executive Officer of a rapidly growing nonprofit.
Gabrielle observed that leaders, herself included, often became so engrossed in their mission that they neglected the critical "business" aspects of their organizations. This realization sparked a passion to create a solution that would enable these vital institutions to thrive.
What if churches and nonprofits had a partner who could handle the "business" side, freeing them to focus on their mission?
Gabrielle set out to create the solution. She wanted to build a firm that truly understood the unique challenges faced by churches and nonprofits. A firm that could translate lofty visions into concrete plans, transform financial chaos into clarity, and turn funding dreams into realities.
